My day job is advanced technical diagnosis: I am the escalation point for hardware and software issues that automated systems cannot resolve, and I read logs until I find the root cause.
Until June 2027 I am completing the Networks, Operating Systems and Cybersecurity track, and since January 2026 I have been running a dental lab's software in production with Docker, PostgreSQL and Nginx.
I am looking for an internship or junior role where I can move from administering systems to designing robust, efficient and scalable architectures.

- Main technical escalation point (L2/L3) for complex hardware and software incidents.
- Oversight of local network and physical connectivity during critical deployments, large-scale updates and structured rack cabling.
- Root-cause diagnosis through log and system history analysis for intermittent failures.

- Design and administration of the infrastructure: backend, services and databases orchestrated with Docker.
- Zero-downtime Blue/Green deployments with pre-release validation and automatic rollback.
- PostgreSQL in production with continuous WAL backup and point-in-time recovery (PITR).
- Nginx reverse proxy with monitoring and high availability.
- Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting with proprietary diagnostic tools.
- Repair lifecycle oversight meeting internal SLAs.
- Recurring-failure detection and detailed technical feedback to leadership.
